Office Hours – Appointments

Office days vary from week to week.  We see patients by appointment.

We require appointments for follow-up visits as well as new consultations.  This enables us to allot the proper time for each visit.  Unfortunately, unavoidable delays do occur.  We make every effort to keep waiting time to a minimum.  If you have an emergent problem that you feel needs attention, please call our office that we may work you in as soon as possible.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.  This will allow valuable time slots to be reappointed to someone else.

When you contact our office for an appointment, we will need to know the nature of your problem.  The more information you share the better we are at arranging your appointment.

If you are being referred by another physician we will want any records pertinent to your complaint.  This would include any laboratory or radiographic studies.

All emergencies should call 911 or go to your closest emergency facility.  Non-

CONCERNING YOUR FIRST VISIT OR CONSULTATION
Prior to your first visit, we require completion of some detailed personal records. These forms are reviewed prior to and at your initial visit.  This allows better use of office time for direct patient contact.  This also allows an opportunity to form some thoughts from your history to better utilize your visit.

It is reasonable to expect your first visit will be longer and more involved than routine follow-up visits.

Examinations vary from individual to individual pending need.  Based on the history and physical examination certain tests or studies may be required.
