I just had the privilege of reading Dr. Joe Mercola's book, "The No-Grain Diet". It is not a new work, but it is a
most impressive read.
In this book, Dr. Mercola explains how to lose weight, stop carbohyrate cravings and keep weight off.
His explanations are succinct and easily understood.
If you are diabetic and want to get a better handle on dealing with your disease, then you should give this book a read.
If you simply want to get hold of your weight problem, this is a must.
